The Marquis Grill Menu Redesign

The Marquis Grill is a restaurant based in Vancouver, BC that serves casual West Coast fare with a European flare. The design brief is to redesign the whole menu based on a very chic and minimalist theme while staying within the restaurant’s branding guidelines. Looking at Marquis Grill’s website and other past promotional materials, yellow is their most consistently used colour so this is applied to the menu’s design. The combination of both serif and sans serif fonts accomplish a good contrast of hierarchy while utilizing white space to achieve minimalism.
